She explained tools I could use with our stakeholders to increase their change readiness.
Mostly these methods aimed to change their mindset. As a human resources manager, I found those techniques refreshing. Ariana provided specific examples that resonated with me, so I decided to test these tools. Years passed, and I started to read more and more about coaching. In a couple of months, I finish my coaching course, and I am excited to utilise my new skillset in my job.
